Delivery and Pickup

We insure each order during the shipping process until the goods are delivered or picked up. When picking up the goods, you will need to sign a confirmation of receipt. Once signed, you assume responsibility for the goods. If the recipient is not the original purchaser or if the delivery is a gift, you accept the signing confirmation of the aforementioned person as proof of delivery and acknowledge the transfer of responsibility. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy without prior notice.
Returns
We strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and therefore, we have a free, no-questions-asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason, you may return them and receive a full refund.
a) Customers can return goods within 7 days after ordering.
b) The returned goods must be in their original condition, i.e., unworn/unused, in undamaged branded packaging boxes and bags, and with all price tags intact.
If you wish to return goods, please fill out the return form received at the time of delivery and send the goods back to our address with the original packaging. If you do not have the purchase form, please call our customer service team, and we will resend it to you via email.
